PAthetic service at DLF Saket mall branch. 1st, they made us wait for an hour, even though we had a prior appointment. So unprofessional of not telling us before that they dont have a steam. I bought their service because i thought i’ll take steam after the massage. They say it’s for 60 mins,but the massacre will stop in 45 mins and will say that another 10-15 mins you will take a shower. Despite of all this, not a sign or word of apology or concern by the receptionist. She was rude and unprofessional as hell. Would never recommend anybody to visit there!
