   Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (“hereinafter referred as “the Bank”) has entered into an arrangement with Cinemax Pvt Ltd. (“hereinafter referred as “Cinemax”) wherein all Kotak Debit, Credit Card and [email protected]  holders (“Customers”) can avail of a 10% discount on purchases of tickets made on the website  www.cinemax.co.in (“the Offer”) subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

   • This Offer is valid for all Kotak Debit/Credit Cardholders and [email protected] customers (“Customers”) only.
   • The offer is valid till 31st December 2013(“offer period”).
   • The discount extended by Cinemax India Limited (“Cinemax”) will be 10 % on the value of movie ticket(s) booked by the Customers through www.cinemax.co.in using their Kotak Debit/Credit Cards or [email protected]. The discount will be given instantly on entering the Card number in the space provided while booking on the Cinemax website.
   • The current purchase process at www.cinemax.co.in will remain unchanged till the stage where the eligible Card number is provided. After this stage the website will recognize the eligible Card, reduce the bill amount and inform the Cardholder accordingly.
   • All the other Terms and Conditions governing Kotak Credit/Debit Cards and [email protected] are applicable.
   • Offer is valid for bookings on all days.
   • There is no limit on the numbers of tickets that can be booked by a Customer during the offer period neither is there any limit on the price of the ticket booked.
   • The Customer will have to pay the convenience fee as levied on each ticket as charged by Cinemax.
   • This Offer is valid ONLY for users coming directly to the Cinemax Website and not via other cinema sites.
   • Any participation in this offer is voluntary. The Offer cannot be combined with any other benefit or offer.
   • Customers shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits/cash in any form whatsoever in lieu of this Offer.
